Background
At Fatima the Blessed Virgin Mary asked for Communions of reparation to her Immaculate Heart on the first Saturdays, promising her assistance at the hour of death to those who fulfill the devotion.
How to practice
On the first Saturday of five consecutive months, go to Confession, receive Holy Communion, pray five decades of the Rosary, and keep Mary company for fifteen minutes meditating on the mysteries, all in reparation to her Immaculate Heart.
