The mysteries of the Resurrection and of the glory given to Christ and to his Mother, prayed on Wednesdays and Sundays. The titles, scripture references and days assigned are those given on the Vatican's Rosary pages.
Prayed on Wednesdays and Sundays. First Glorious Mystery: The Resurrection (Lk 24:1-5) Second Glorious Mystery: The Ascension (Mk 16:19) Third Glorious Mystery: The descent of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:1-4) Fourth Glorious Mystery: The Assumption (Lk 1:48-49) Fifth Glorious Mystery: The crowning of Our Lady Queen of Heaven (Rev 12:1) At the beginning of each decade, announce the mystery to be contemplated. After a short pause for reflection, recite the Our Father, ten Hail Marys and the Glory be to the Father.
