biography
Saint Anthony Mary Zaccaria (1502-1539), a physician turned priest, founded the Barnabites (Clerics Regular of Saint Paul) to renew the fervor of the Church through preaching, frequent Communion, and devotion to the Crucified Christ and Saint Paul. He promoted the Forty Hours' devotion and died young, worn out by his labors.
