biography
Saint Catherine Labouré (1806-1876), a Daughter of Charity in Paris, received the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin in 1830 that gave the Church the Miraculous Medal. She lived the rest of her life in hidden humility; canonized in 1947, her body remains incorrupt.
