Saint Titus (first century) was a Gentile convert and trusted companion of Saint Paul, who left him to organize the Church on the island of Crete as its first bishop. Paul's epistle to Titus offers enduring guidance on sound doctrine and the ordering of the Church. He is honored together with Saint Timothy.
